Bounty: The Vulture

Professor Drake accepts a bounty on behalf of the Freestar Collective to go after the Vulture.

The quest begins by taking the quest from the bounty board at the Trackers Alliance HQ in Akila City and ends after either killing The Vulture or persuading him to come quietly.
